Preston Rezaee is the founder of The Firm, P.C., a boutique law firm with offices in Albuquerque, NM and Las Vegas, NV. He also founded and serves as Editor in Chief of Vegas Legal Magazine. A skilled litigator, Preston began his career at prominent national and international law firms, clerked for two judges in the Eighth Judicial District Court, and worked with the Nevada Attorney General’s Office. John Duran, Esq. is a partner attorney at Duran & McDonald, LLC (also known as New Mexico Accident Firm) in Albuquerque, New Mexico. A native New Mexican, he has been practicing law since 2007 and has partnered with Brendan McDonald since 2010. John focuses on personal injury, car accidents, and criminal defense. Together with his team, he has successfully handled thousands of cases through litigation, advisory work, bench trials, and jury trials across New Mexico. A native New Mexican, he has been practicing law for over 15 years and has partnered with John Duran since 2010.
